Betst Products, ll. gives you the option to order “Lift Gate Service” on all items weighing more than 100 lbs.

Due to the weight of our items, they cannot be shipped via normal FedEx Ground.

Instead, they are shipped via FedEx semi-trucks, which are designed to unload products at loading docks and freight terminals.

Receiving Your Delivery

If you have a loading dock or forklift, you do NOT need lift gate service.

If you are a residential customer, you must have the ability to immediately unload your item. If you drop it there is no damage coverage. While some truck drivers are kind enough to help, they are not required to help you lift the products.

If you do not have the equipment or manpower, you can order a special truck equipped with a hydraulic lift to safely lower the product from the truck to the ground. The fee for this service is $45. Service added after shipment will have $45 service fee added to your order.

Priority Ground Shipping Service, Two Day Air and Next Day Air is available on All items. Service availability is dependent upon your Zip code. Click HERE to submit the necessary information so we may confirm this service is available to your Zip code.

Then simply order before 12 noon PST (M-F), and your product can arrive as quickly as the next business day. Expedited Shipping orders submitted overnight and on holidays will ship the next business day.

Secure your item

At certain times of the year items fly off the shelves. By adding Rush Order Processing, for a $50 fee, your order is instantly reserved – securing your purchase exclusively for you. Your product will ship the same business day if ordered before 1 p.m. PST M-F. Weekend and evening orders will be shipped the next business day. Rush Order Processing is only available on in-stock items. If Rush Order Processing isn’t available, the item is sold out or backordered.

Real-Time Tracking

You will receive a tracking number the moment your order ships. We will also provide you with the freight carrier’s phone number, so you can contact them directly if necessary.

Pick-Up at Local Terminal

You are welcome to pick your order up at the freight carrier’s local terminal, significantly reducing your lead time. Just call ahead, and let them know you’re coming.
